Societa Metropolitana Acque Torino holders may put or hold reset notes

Chicago, March 27 – Societa Metropolitana Acque Torino SpA announced the results of a noteholder meeting regarding the €135 million 1.95% notes due April 13, 2024 (ISIN: XS1596790631) in a notice.

At the March 14 meeting, noteholders agreed to amend the conditions of the notes, including a five-year extension.

The maturity date will now be April 13, 2029.

The interest rate will reset, according to a calculation at 5 a.m. ET on April 11, to the five-year mid-swap rate plus 170 basis points.

Noteholders may elect to put their notes if they do not want to extend the term.

The start date for the put option was March 21 and the end date is April 8.

Settlement for noteholders who wish to use the put option will be April 15.

Notes that are cashed out will be canceled and not reissued or resold.

The issuer is a water services company based in Turin, Italy.
