Macquarie AirFinance to repay term loan with notes proceeds

New York, March 19 – Macquarie AirFinance Holdings Ltd. plans to prepay the outstanding principal amount under its term loan using proceeds from new senior notes, according to a market source.

Remaining proceeds from the notes will be used to partially prepay the outstanding principal amount under the company’s acquisition finance facility.

Macquarie AirFinance is a Dublin-based provider of aircraft leasing and financing solutions.
