Altice France buys back €109.14 million of 2½% notes due 2025

Lexington, Ky., March 15 – Altice France SA repurchased and canceled €109,137,000 of its 2½% senior secured notes due 2025 (ISIN: XS2054539627), according to a notice.

After the buyback, €380,717,000 of the original €550 million remains outstanding.

The notes were repurchased and canceled on March 14.

Altice is a Paris-based telecom.
