China Agri-Products calls remaining HK$40 million 1% notes due 2024

Buffalo, N.Y., March 15 – China Agri-Products Exchange Ltd. sent redemption notices to holders of the outstanding HK$40 million of its 1% notes due 2024 (ISIN: XS1073451913), according to a company announcement on Friday.

The notes will be redeemed on March 31 at 92.88, plus accrued and unpaid interest.

HK$400 million of the notes were issued in several tranches in 2014 under the issuer’s HK$1 billion medium-term note program, which were expected to mature on Sept. 30, 2024.

The agricultural trading company is based in Hong Kong.
