Beazer Homes USA to use proceeds to redeem senior notes due 2025

Lexington, Ky., March 12 – Beazer Homes USA, Inc. plans to use the proceeds of a planned senior note issue to finance the redemption of its 6¾% senior notes due March 15, 2025, of which $197.9 million are outstanding, with any remaining proceeds to be used for general corporate purposes, according to a press release.

Beazer Homes is an Atlanta-based home builder.
