Physicians Realty Trust redeems $210 million of DOC private notes

Lexington, Ky., March 1 – Physicians Realty Trust announced the full redemption of six series of DOC private notes totaling $210 million, according to an 8-K filing with Securities and Exchange Commission.

Specifically, on Feb. 28 the company redeemed in full the outstanding 4.1% notes due 2025, 4.4% notes due 2026, 4.2% notes due 2026, 4.2% notes due 2027, 4.6% notes due 2028 and 4.7% notes due 2031.

After the redemption, no DOC private notes remain outstanding.

Milwaukee-based Physicians Realty is a self-managed health care real estate investment trust.
