Tianfeng Securities tallies buybacks of 4% notes due 2024

Lexington, Ky., Feb. 22 – Tianfeng Securities Co., Ltd. as of Feb. 22 has repurchased $39.4 million, or about 11.59%, of its $340 million of 4% notes due 2024 (ISIN: XS2427752527) through open market purchases via a wholly owned subsidiary, according to a notice.

The repurchased notes have been canceled.

After cancellation, the outstanding aggregate principal amount is $300.6 million, representing 88.41% of the original issue.

The securities brokerage is based in China.
