Tenet Healthcare to redeem $2.1 billion 4 7/8% notes due 2026

Columbus, Ohio, Feb. 16 – Tenet Healthcare Corp. plans to redeem all $2.1 billion outstanding of its 4 7/8% senior secured first-lien notes due 2026, according to a press release Friday.

The notes will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on March 5.

Tenet said it would use cash on hand to fund the redemption.

Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee.

The owner and operator of acute care hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, diagnostic imaging centers and related health care facilities is based in Dallas.
