IBRD purchases CLP 11.631 billion of its 6¼% notes on Feb. 12

Lexington, Ky., Feb. 12 – International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, or World Bank, repurchased for retirement CLP 11.631 billion of its 6¼% notes due April 27, 2026 (ISIN: XS2471919253), according to a notice.

The Chilean peso-denominated notes will be purchased for value on Feb. 12.

The notes’ original issue size was CLP 20 billion.

World Bank offers loans to developing countries and is based in Washington, D.C.
