Caesars Entertainment announces clean-up call for 6¼% notes

By William Gullotti

Buffalo, N.Y., Feb. 7 – Caesars Entertainment, Inc. will redeem the outstanding 6¼% senior secured notes due 2025 (Cusip: 28470RAH5, U2829LAC9) that remained after Tuesday’s tender settlement, according to a Wednesday press release.

As previously reported, if less than 90% of the outstanding notes were tendered and accepted for purchase, the company intended to redeem the remaining notes at par on July 1.

Caesars, upon satisfaction and discharge of the notes, instructed trustee U.S. Bank Trust Co., NA to deliver the redemption notice as intended to the remaining registered noteholders on Feb. 7.

Caesars is a casino-entertainment company based in Reno, Nev.
