Stericycle calls all $600 million 5 3/8% notes due 2024 at par

Buffalo, N.Y., Feb. 2 – Stericycle, Inc. issued a redemption notice to holders of its $600 million 5 3/8% notes due July 15, 2024 on Feb. 1, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company will redeem the entire series on March 14 at par. Accrued and unpaid interest will also be paid.

The redemption will be financed using available capacity under the company’s revolving credit facility.

The notes were issued June 14, 2019.

U.S. Bank Trust Co., NA is trustee and paying agent for the notes.

Stericycle is a Bannockburn, Ill.-based medical waste disposal company.
