Cirsa to redeem secured notes due 2025, 2027 on Feb. 13

Lexington, Ky., Jan. 31 – Cirsa Finance International Sarl will redeem secured notes from two series on Feb. 13, according to multiple releases.

All the outstanding notes of its €390 million 4¾% senior secured notes due 2025 (XS1990952936, XS1990952779) will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest totaling €2,727,291.67.

€42.5 million, or 10%, of the €425 million 10 3/8% secured notes due 2027 (ISINs: XS2550380443, XS2550380104) will be redeemed at 103, equaling €43,775,000 plus accrued interest totaling €1,812,743.06.

The record date is Feb. 12.

Deutsche Trustee Co. Ltd. is the trustee.

Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch is the principal paying agent.

Cirsa is a Madrid-based gaming company. The company was formerly known as LHMC Finco Sarl.
