Cirsa to redeem €42.5 million of 10 3/8% secured notes due 2027

Lexington, Ky., Jan. 31 – Cirsa Finance International Sarl will redeem a portion of its 10 3/8% senior secured notes due 2027 (ISINs: XS2550380443, XS2550380104), according to a notice.

The company plans to redeem €42.5 million, or 10%, of the €425 million notes on Feb. 13 at 103, equaling €43,775,000, plus €1,812,743.06 of accrued and unpaid interest to, but excluding, the redemption date.

The record date is Feb. 12.

Deutsche Trustee Co. Ltd. is the trustee.

Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch is the principal paying agent.

Cirsa is a Madrid-based gaming company. The company was formerly known as LHMC Finco Sarl.
