Peru’s Interbank issues clean-up call on 6 5/8% subordinated notes

Chicago, Jan. 30 – Banco Internacional del Peru SAA (Interbank) issued a notice of full redemption for its 6 5/8% fixed-to-floating rate subordinated notes due 2029 (Cusips: 05968DAA8, P13435AA3) on Monday.

The notes were recently subject to a tender offer. Interbank said at that time that it might redeem any notes outstanding after the offer was completed.

All remaining notes will be redeemed at par on March 19, with interest to that date.

Bank of New York Mellon is the trustee on the notes and the paying agent.

Immediately after redemption, the notes will be canceled.

Interbank is a provider of financial products and banking services for retail customers and commercial clients in Peru.
