Mexico’s KUO cancels $22.98 million of 5¾% senior notes due 2027

Lexington, Ky., Jan. 24 – Mexico’s KUO SAB de CV, formerly Grupo KUO SAB de CV, completed the cancellation of $22.98 million of its 5¾% senior notes due 2027 (ISIN: USP4954BAF3), according to a notice.

This represents about 5.11% of the outstanding notes.

After cancellation of the repurchased notes, $427.02 million in aggregate principal will remain outstanding.

The notes are guaranteed by Dacomsa, SA de CV, Friccion y Tecnologia, SA de CV, Kuo Motor, SA de CV, Resirene, SA de CV, Comercializadora Porcicola Mexicana, SAB de CV, Grupo Porcicola Mexicano, SAB de CV, Transmisiones y Equipos Mecanicos, SA de CV, Aeropycsa, SA de CV, Corporativo Arcos Kuo, SA de CV, Desc Corporativo, SA de CV, Inmobiliaria Corcel, SA de CV and Tremec Corp.

The notes were issued in the original amount of $450 million on July 17, 2017.

KUO is a Mexico City-based chemical, automotive and food conglomerate.
