Brazil’s Banco BTG Pactual calls 7¾% subordinated notes due 2029

Chicago, Jan. 16 – Banco BTG Pactual SA through its Cayman Islands branch is calling its 7¾% subordinated notes due 2029 (Cusips: 05890BAE7, P07790AE1), according to a notice.

On Feb. 15, the bank will pay par plus accrued interest up to the redemption date.

The notes must be presented and surrendered to the paying agent, Deutsche Bank Trust Co. Americas.

The notes were issued on Feb. 15, 2019.

The lender is based in Sao Paulo.
