Patrick Industries will use existing facility to acquire Off Road

Chicago, Jan. 11 – Patrick Industries, Inc. said that it would fund its $315 million acquisition of Off Road Holdings, LLC with cash on hand and its existing credit facility, according to an 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The transaction is expected to close before Jan. 24, subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approval.

Patrick Industries is an Elkhart, Ind.-based manufacturer of building products and materials to the manufactured housing and recreational vehicle industries. Off Road, or Sportech, is an Elk River, Minn.-based designer and manufacturer of component solutions to powersports OEMs and the aftermarket, including integrated door systems, roofs, canopies, bumpers, windshields, fender flares and cowls.
