Alto Parana talks $270 million 10-year notes at Treasuries plus 135 to 140 bps

New York, June 5 - Alto Parana SA released talk of Treasuries plus 135 to 140 basis points for its $270 million offering of 10-year senior unsecured notes (Baa2/BBB+/BBB+).

JP Morgan is the bookrunner for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal. BBVA Securities and Banco Santander are co-managers.

The Buenos Aires, Argentina-based forestry company will complete a week-long roadshow in New York Wednesday.

The proceeds from the bonds will be used to refinance debt and for capital expenditures. Chilean forestry enterprise Celulosa Arauco y Constitucion SA will guarantee the issue.
