Keywords uses revolver to pay £76.5 million acquisition price for MPG

Chicago, Dec. 18 – Keywords Studios plc funded its acquisition of Multiplayer Group Ltd. from Improbable Worlds Ltd. for £76.5 million primarily with borrowings from its existing revolving credit facility, according to a notice.

The transaction is expected to be EPS accretive in its first full year post acquisition and fall within the group's targeted valuation range of 5x to 7x times EBITDA.

Dublin, Ireland-based Keywords offers an end-to-end platform and technical services for video games publishers and developers.
