Freddie Mac starts any-and-all tender offer for STACR notes

Chicago, Nov. 3 – Freddie Mac started an any-and-all tender offer for certain STACR notes on Friday, according to a press release.

The agency is offering to buy notes from the following series:

• $7.28 million original principal amount of STACR 2018-DNA2 M-2 notes from the STACR Trust 2018-DNA2 for a fixed purchase price of $1,016.88 per note;

• $8,738,541 original principal amount of STACR 2018-DNA3 M-2 notes from the STACR Trust 2018-DNA3 for a fixed purchase price of $1,015 per note;

• $196,762,879 original principal amount of STACR 2018-HQA1 M-2 notes from the N/A for a fixed purchase price of $1,025 per note;

• $25,981,410 original principal amount of STACR 2018-HRP1 B-1 notes from the STACR Trust 2018-HRP1 for a fixed purchase price of $1,034.38 per note;

• $179,216,019 original principal amount of STACR 2019-DNA3 M-2 notes from the STACR Trust 2019-DNA3 for a fixed purchase price of $1,020 per note;

• $34,332,503 original principal amount of STACR 2019-FTR2 M-2 notes from the STACR Trust 2019-FTR2 for a fixed purchase price of $1,021.88 per note;

• $106 million original principal amount of STACR 2020-DNA1 B-1 notes from the STACR REMIC Trust 2020-DNA1 for a fixed purchase price of $1,021.25 per note;

• $350 million original principal amount of STACR 2020-DNA1 M-2 notes from the STACR REMIC Trust 2020-DNA1 for a fixed purchase price of $1,007.50 per note;

• $156 million original principal amount of STACR 2020-DNA2 B-1 notes from the STACR REMIC Trust 2020-DNA2 for a fixed purchase price of $1,030 per note;

• $437 million original principal amount of STACR 2020-DNA2 M-2 notes from the STACR REMIC Trust 2020-DNA2 for a fixed purchase price of $1,015.63 per note;

• $87 million original principal amount of STACR 2020-HQA1 B-1 notes from the STACR REMIC Trust 2020-HQA1 for a fixed purchase price of $1,016.56 per note;

• $330 million original principal amount of STACR 2020-HQA1 M-2 notes from the STACR REMIC Trust 2020-HQA1 for a fixed purchase price of $1,008.13 per note; and

• $478 million original principal amount of STACR 2020-HQA2 M-2 notes from the STACR REMIC Trust 2020-HQA2 for a fixed purchase price of $1,044.69 per note.

The purchase prices are based on $1,000 notes and interest will also be paid.

The tender offer expires at 5 p.m. ET on Nov. 9, also the withdrawal time.

Settlement is expected for Nov. 14.

There are guaranteed delivery procedures, with settlement for that method on Nov. 16.
