DNP Select Income Fund will draw on credit facility to repay notes

Chicago, July 21 – DNP Select Income Fund Inc. said that it will draw an additional $100 million on its existing credit facility with a major bank to repay its 2.76% series A senior secured notes due July 22, according to a press release.

The credit facility is with an unnamed major commercial bank.

DNP Select is a registered closed-end diversified management investment company advised by Duff & Phelps Investment Management Co., an investment management firm based in Chicago.
