Arqiva Group repays two loans for total of £262 million
Chicago, July 5 – Arqiva Group Ltd. (BBB+/BBB) was reported to have repaid a total of £262 million of loans in an announcement regarding a broader senior debt refinancing, including two new issues of notes.
The company repaid £172 million on an EIB loan due June 2024. Interest was at Sonia plus 158 basis points.
Arqiva also repaid £90 million of an institutional term loan due December 2023 that had interest at Sonia plus 233 bps.
Arqiva is a Winchester, U.K.-based provider of broadcast infrastructure. The parent was previously known as Arqiva Broadcast Holdings Ltd.
