Bank-loan funds see $185 million net daily outflows on Friday

The dedicated bank-loan funds sustained $185 million of net daily cash outflows on Friday, the most recent session for which data was available at press time, according to a market source.

Bank-loan ETFs saw $209 million of outflows on the day.

Actively managed bank-loan funds were positive on the day, posting $24 million of inflows on Friday, the source said.

The combined loan funds sustained $529 million of net outflows in the week to the Wednesday, Feb. 15 close, according to the market source who added that it was the 25th negative flow in the past 26 weeks, totaling negative $19.9 billion.
