AOC LLC (LSF11 A5 HOLDCO LLC): $350 million incremental term loan (B1/B) due October 2028 talked at SOFR+10 bps CSA plus 425 bps, 0.5% floor, OID 96 to 96.5, 101 soft call for six months; BofA Securities; help fund a shareholder distribution; Schiphol, Netherlands, producer of specialty resins.

BRAZOS MIDSTREAM (BRAZOS DELEWARE II LLC): $800 million seven-year senior secured term B (B1/B+) talked at SOFR plus 400 bps to 425 bps, 0.5% floor, OID 98 to 98.5, 101 soft call for six months; Barclays, Jefferies, Bank of Oklahoma and Cadence Bank; refinance existing term B; Fort Worth, Tex., natural gas gathering and processing and crude gathering company.

CAESARS ENTERTAINMENT INC.: $2.5 billion seven-year term B (Ba3/B) at SOFR+10 bps CSA plus 325 bps, step-down to SOFR plus 300 bps when total leverage is 3.75x, 0.5% floor, OID 99, 101 soft call for six months; JPMorgan; help repay Caesars Resort Collection LLC’s existing term B and an incremental term loan; Reno, Nev., gaming and entertainment company.
