Lyons, LLC; Wunderlich Securities, Inc., LLC; Boenning & Scattergood, Inc., Ladenburg Thalmann & Co. Inc., Maxim Group LLC (co-managers); proceeds to redeem all outstanding shares of the company's 7 1/8% series 2016 term preferred shares, to pay down its revolving line of credit and for other general corporate purposes.
