Gregg Appliances buys back $4.5 million 9% notes

New York, June 26 - Gregg Appliances, Inc. repurchased $4.5 million of its 9% senior notes during the fourth quarter of fiscal 2006 ended March 31, according to a 10-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The Indianapolis retailer of video products bought back the securities at 94.08%.
