AllianceBernstein reports portfolio management teams for two funds

San Diego, March 8 - The AllianceBernstein Growth Funds updated its portfolio management teams in a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The portfolio managers for the AllianceBernstein Large Cap Growth Fund are Frank V. Caruso, Vincent C. DuPont and John H. Fogarty. They replace the previous portfolio managers, Joseph R. Elegante, Jason P. Ley, David F. Randell and Patrick Scott Wallace.
The portfolio manager for the AllianceBernstein Greater China '97 Fund is Jean-Francois Van de Walle, who previously co-managed the fund with Richard Chow. Chow is no longer a portfolio manager of the fund.
New York-based AllianceBernstein LP is the investment adviser for the funds.
