New Issue: JPMorgan prices $3.05 million 8.75% autocallable yield notes on three stocks

New York, March 11 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $3.05 million of autocallable yield notes due March 3, 2026 linked to the common stocks of Exxon Mobil Corp., Microsoft Corp. and Charles Schwab Corp., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The securities will be called automatically at par if the closing price of each underlying stock is greater than or equal to its initial price on any monthly review date starting Aug. 26, 2024.

Investors will receive a coupon of 8.75%, paid monthly.

If the worst performing stock ends above its 55% downside threshold, the payout at maturity will be par plus the coupon. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing stock declines.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
