Ithan Creek Master Investors reports 8.3% stake in Enterprise Financial

Philadelphia, Dec. 24 - Ithan Creek Master Investors (Cayman) LP reported an investment of 8.3% in Enterprise Financial Services Corp. as of Dec. 12, according to an SC 13G filing.

That represents a passive stake of 1,151,410 shares.

Clayton, Mo.-based Enterprise is a financial holding company.
