Three Dreyfus funds drop Peter Vaream from portfolio management team

San Diego, March 8 - The Dreyfus Intermediate Term Income Fund, the Dreyfus Inflation Adjusted Securities Fund and the Dreyfus Short Term Income Fund modified their portfolio management teams, according to form 497 filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Peter Vaream is no longer part of the portfolio management team for the funds.

David Horsfall and David Bowser will continue to manage the Intermediate Term Income Fund and the Short Term Income Fund.

Horsfall and Robert Bayston will continue to manage the Inflation Adjusted Securities Fund.

New York-based Dreyfus Corp. is the investment adviser to the funds.
