Dreyfus agrees to limit Dreyfus Emerging Asia Fund expenses to 1.65%

San Diego, Dec. 9 - Dreyfus Corp. said it will waive its fees and assume expenses of the Dreyfus Emerging Asia Fund so that expenses do not exceed 1.65%.

The agreement is valid until July 31, 2012, according to a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The agreement applies to all share classes and excludes Rule 12b-1 fees, shareholder services fees, taxes, interest, brokerage commissions and extraordinary expenses.

Dreyfus, the investment adviser to the fund, is based in New York.
