Tampa, Fla., May 15 - D-Pharm Ltd. has raised $10 million in a private round of financing.
The round was led by Clal Biotechnology Industries, Israel Healthcare Ventures and Pitango Venture Capital. Some of the company's existing investors, including Care Capital, Gemini, Polar Communications and others, joined the round.
Following this financing round, Ruti Alon, general partner of Pitango Venture Capital and Hadar Ron, managing partner of Israel Healthcare Ventures, will join the company's board of directors.
D-Pharm is a biopharmaceutical company based in Rehovot, Israel.
