Double-Take Software shareholder Thoma Bravo has 7.6% ownership stake

Charlotte, N.C., June 2 - A group of Double-Take Software, Inc. investors led by Thoma Bravo Fund IX, LP sold 260,300 shares of the company's stock between May 18 and June 1 priced from $9.01 to $9.22 each, according to a schedule 13D/A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Tuesday.

Thoma Bravo beneficially owns 1,576,852 shares, or approximately 7.6%, of the Southborough, Mass.-based company's outstanding common stock.

Double-Take Software develops, markets and supports data-protection software solutions for disaster recovery and centralized backup.
