By Lisa Kerner

Charlotte, N.C., April 12 - James M. Rhodes, president and chief executive officer of homebuilding company Sagebrush Enterprises, Inc., purchased 593,834 shares, or 7.06%, of the Dominion Homes, Inc.'s outstanding stock between Jan. 22 and April 11, priced from $4.00 to $5.13 per share.

Rhodes bought the shares believing them to be undervalued, according to a schedule 13D filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The investor may communicate with the company's board and management regarding Dominion Homes' direction and performance.

Dominion Homes is a Dublin, Ohio-based homebuilder.
