Docucorp stockholders approve merger with Skywire Software

Charlotte, N.C., Feb. 22 - Docucorp International Inc.'s stockholders approved the company's merger agreement with Skywire Software LLC, a subsidiary of Hall Financial Group.

Under the agreement, Docucorp stockholders will receive $10.00 in cash for each share of Docucorp common stock held.

The merger is expected to close on Friday, according to a company news release.

Docucorp and Skywire will merge and operate as a privately held subsidiary of Hall Financial Group.

Dallas-based Docucorp markets customer communication management software.

Skyline is a diversified software company based in Frisco, Texas, that specializes in insurance, financial services and enterprise services management.
