Camden Learning investors buy more shares, lift ownership to 29.5%

Charlotte, N.C., Nov. 24 - Camden Learning Corp. investors led by Camden Learning, LLC purchased 240,968 shares of the company's stock on Nov. 19 for $7.62 each, according to a schedule 13D/A filed on Tuesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The investors own 2,414,989 shares, or about 29.5%, of the company's common stock and warrants to purchase 3,179,100 shares.

Baltimore-based Camden Learning was a blank check company. It acquired privately held Dlorah, Inc., the Rapid City, S.D.-based operator of National American University, on Monday and is now known as National American University Holdings, Inc.
