DGHM drops Dalton from All-Cap Value, V2000 Small Cap Value funds

San Diego, Dec. 13 - Dalton, Greiner, Hartman, Maher & Co. announced that Timothy G. Dalton will no longer serve as co-portfolio manager of the DGHM All-Cap Value Fund and the DGHM V2000 Small Cap Value Fund.

According to a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Bruce H. Geller, Peter A. Gulli and Jeffrey C. Baker will continue as portfolio managers of the funds. Geller and Baker have served as portfolio manager since the funds' inception, and Gulli has served as portfolio manager since July 2010.

DGHM, the fund's adviser, has offices in Naples, Fla., and New York.
