D-Fense plans private placement of stock to raise between $750,000 and $1.5 million

Knoxville, Tenn., Sept. 14 - D-Fense Capital Ltd. said it plans to raise between $750,000 and $1.5 million in a private placement of shares.

Jones, Gable & Co. Ltd. will be the agent.

Proceeds will be used for exploration and working capital.

D-Fense is a shell company based in Montreal.
