Delux All Cap Stock Fund to change name, drop 80% investment policy

By Toni Weeks

San Diego, Feb. 23 - The Delux All Cap Stock Fund made a change to its investment policy, eliminating the requirement to invest, under normal market conditions, at least 80% of its net assets plus borrowings for investment purposes in common stocks of domestic and foreign issuers and in American Depositary Receipts.

The board of trustees of the Mutual Fund Series Trust approved the change on Jan. 26 and also approved changing the fund's name to the Delux Long-Short Fund, according to a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Both changes will become effective April 24.

Louisville, Ky.-based Delux Capital Group LLC is the fund's investment adviser.
