Robotti reports 31.9% stake in Decorator Industries

Charlotte, N.C., Jan. 15 - Decorator Industries, Inc. investors led by Robert E. Robotti bought 113,100 shares of the company's stock on Jan. 11 priced at $3.85 each.

Robotti beneficially owns 926,644 shares, or 31.9%, of the Pembroke Pines, Fla., interior furnishings company's stock.
