Prides Capital sells all of its shares of Decorator Industries

Charlotte, N.C., Jan. 14 - Prides Capital Partners, LLC sold its 214,769 shares of Decorator Industries Inc. stock, reducing its stake in the company from 7.1% to 0%.

The shares were sold on Jan. 11 for $3.85 each, according to a schedule 13D filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Prides Capital bought the shares on Jan. 3 and Jan. 4, priced from $3.93 to $4.01 each, a prior filing stated.

Decorator Industries is a Pembroke Pines, Fla., interior furnishings company's stock.
