Prides Capital ups stake in Decorator Industries

Charlotte, N.C., Jan. 8 - Prides Capital Partners, LLC bought an additional 83,736 shares of Decorator Industries Inc. stock for a total stake in the company of 7.1%.

The shares were acquired on Jan. 2 and Jan. 3 priced from $3.93 to $4.01 each, according to a schedule 13D filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The reporting persons beneficially own 214,769 shares of the Pembroke Pines, Fla., interior furnishings company's stock.
