Air Transport Services investor Red Mountain has 11% ownership stake

Charlotte, N.C., May 26 - Air Transport Services Group, Inc. shareholders led by Red Mountain Capital Partners LLC bought 647,500 shares of the company's stock between May 20 and May 22 priced from $1.0035 to $1.0721 each, according to a schedule 13D/A filed on Tuesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Red Mountain beneficially owns 6,976,516, or 11.00%, of the Wilmington, Ohio, air cargo transportation company.
