Cybex investors led by Discovery Equity purchase additional shares

Charlotte, N.C., April 9 - Investors led by Discovery Equity Partners, LP bought 807,347 shares of Cybex International, Inc. between Feb. 11 and April 7 priced from $3.78 to $4.50.

The investors beneficially own 1,159,720 shares, or 6.7%, of the Medway, Mass., fitness equipment company, according to a schedule 13D filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
