Cutera at outperform by RBC

RBC Capital Markets analyst Phil Nalbone rated Cutera, Inc. at outperform on news the company reached a settlement of all patent litigation over hair removal technology with PMTI. According to the analyst, the benefits of the settlement outweigh the financial impact to the balance sheet or income statement. Shares of the Brisbane, Calif.-based pharmaceutical company were unchanged at $24.10 on volume of 426,423 shares versus the three-month running average of 355,771 shares. (Nasdaq: CUTR)
