Proceeds allocated to develop the Taysan Copper-Gold Porphyry Project

Knoxville, Tenn., July 6 - Crazy Horse Resources Inc. said it has completed a C$5 million private placement of stock.
The company sold 6,666,667 common shares at C$0.75 apiece to Copper Development Corp. The purchase price is identical to the July 5 closing share price.
Proceeds will be used to develop the company's Taysan Copper-Gold Porphyry Project in the Philippines.
Crazy Horse is a Vancouver, B.C.-based copper and gold exploration company.
