Brazil's Cosan sets revised guidance for $200 million five-year notes at 9 3/8% to 9½%

New York, Oct. 15 - Cosan SA Industria E Comercio revised the price guidance for its $200 million offering of five-year notes (Ba3/NR) to a yield of 9 3/8% to 9½%, according to a market source.

Initial guidance was set in the area of 9½%.

The deal is expected to price Monday morning.

The notes are non-callable for life.

Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse First Boston are the lead managers.

Cosan, based in San Paolo, Brazil, is a sugar producer.
