Key Equity increases passive stake to 14.7% in Cortelco Systems

Philadelphia, Jan. 2 - Key Equity Investors, Inc. reported a small increase in its passive stake in Cortelco Systems Puerto Rico, Inc. to 14.7% as of Dec. 31, according to an SC 13G/A filing.

That represents a holding of 233,000 shares.

Those holdings are up from the passive stake of 12.8%, or 203,020 shares, that Key Equity reported on Dec. 31, 2007, according to an SC 13G/A filing.

On Dec. 29, 2006, the company reported a passive stake of 10.7%, or 168,495 shares, according to another SC 13G/A filing.

On Aug. 23, 2005, it reported a passive stake of 10.8%, or 172,900 shares, according to an SC 13G/A filing.

On Dec. 30, 2005, Key Equity reported a passive stake of 7.3%, or 117,195 shares, according to an SC 13G/A filing.

The company first reported owning 6.9%, or 110,045 shares, on June 14, 2005, according to an SC 13G filing.

Cortelco Systems is a Caguas, Puerto Rico, communications and data equipment company.
