Conor Medsystems files automatic stock shelf

Des Moines, July 24 - Conor Medsystems, Inc. filed an automatic shelf registration for an indefinite amount of common stock in an S-3ASR with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
Conor Medsystems, a developer of controlled vascular drug delivery technologies, is based in Menlo Park, Calif.
