Everest Special Situations' stake in Concord Camera falls below 5%

Tacoma, Wash., July 16 - Concord Camera Corp. investor Everest Special Situations Fund LP sold 22,200 shares of the company's stock, according to a schedule 13D/A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission

Of the total amount, 20,000 shares were sold for $2.97 apiece on July 14 and 2,200 were sold for $3.00 each on July 15.

Everest and its affiliates beneficially own 278,039 shares, or 4.7%, of the company's common stock.

Located in Hollywood, Fla., Concord Camera is in the process of dissolving and liquidating its business. It manufactured and sold single-use and 35mm traditional film cameras.
